• Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
• Rentals of one month or less must be paid in full at time of booking. Stays over one month, first month plus fees must be paid at booking.
• A one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for a single room is charged at booking time. Studio and all other suite types are charged $75 for weekly stays and $100 for monthly stays, charged at booking time. Three Bedroom suites have a $100 cleaning charge for weekly stays and $150 for monthly stays.
• A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $75 for weekly stays and $100 for monthy stays per pet is charged at booking time.
• Parking fee of $60 weekly or $160 monthly is charged at check-in time.
• Normal usage of electricity, heat, air conditioning and water is included in rental prices. Over use is subject to additional charge.
• A short-term rental agreement must be signed at check-in for all rentals. Rentals of three or more months may be subject to credit check.
• All guests must provide positive identification upon check-in. Acceptable ID's are drivers licences, state ID's or passports.
• A valid credit card must remain on file during the stay at the property. If no credit card is available a $200 cash deposit must be made at check-in time.
• On stays of one month or less there are no refunds made for shortened stays. For stays over one month a 30-day written notice must be recieved by office, and then will be subject to a $150 service charge. Where less than 30-day notice is given a full month rent payment will be required.
• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to move in date are refunded with the exception of $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to 50% of first week or month rental fee.
